What Causes Soreness And Clear Liquid Discharge During Early Stage Of Breast Development?

Hi, my 9 yr old niece has started developing what appears to be a breast bud, on one side only. She has said that it is sore, and it has began discharging clear fluid. She says it is sorest just before the liquid comes out. Is this anything to worry about?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be normal phenomenon and it is happening due to hormones (Hyperactivity) but it has to be seen clinically and for that better to see the gynaecologist and not advisable to take this as granted hope this information helps.
