What Causes Soreness And Itching Around The Genitals?

I have been getting recurrent itching (not severe) and sore skin around my genital region. On doctors orders i have tried cannestan, clotrmazole and various ointments but they give temporary relief. I keep getting infection etc in that area. One doctor said it was because I am menopausal and have extremely dry skin Please advise.

Hi there.

Avoid sweat accumulation, sunlight exposure. Change underwear everyday. Use the creams provided by your Doctor. Drink plenty of water.
