What Causes Soreness And Itching On The Scrotum?
i faced the problem of scrotum sore and itching two years ago. i used chlotrim ointment and the sore went away keeping some spot on my thigh. now i am facing the problem again. i am using Nebanol powder, but its not giving me any positive result. please tell me what to do. is it a serious problem?

You may be allergic to any food or drugs - check that out. It can be due to increased blood sugar - check blood sugar.
It can be due to fungal infection - doing a fungal swab culture can help you or local application of antifungal cream with steroid can help you. Long term application of fungal infection can get healed.
