Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be acute in origin and they may be due to breast lumps, fibroadenoma of breasts, fat necrosis, fibrocystic changes in breast, costochondritis meaning inflammation of cartilage that connects ribs to breast bone, neurofibroma or fractured ribs.

Detailed history with meticulous clinical examination are key to diagnosis. Please do consult a gynecologist or a surgeon for a specific diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
