What Causes Soreness And Pain Around Lymph Nodes In Breasts?

Having pain on the outside of each breast, bilaterally. No discharge or noted lumps but when pressing around lymph nodes it is very sore. Can not go without support even when sleeping. Do you have an idea of what could be going on? Also there has been no strain sprains.

Are you breastfeeding? because if you´re could be caused by a congestion of canals, but if you don´t, there is a lot of causes, from a menstrual change, a breast infection, neoplasias to a fibrocystic breast disease.
