Hii ,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here
there are several reasons of
breast pain ,this may belongs to breast itself or may be caused by a strain or
sprain in muscle underneath your right breast,
Your medical history can be suggestive of a Non cyclic breast pain which is Unrelated to the menstrual cycle and Usually affects one breast, in a localized area, but may spread more diffusely across the breast into shoulder and neck , This kind of pain Most likely to affect women after
menopause.
it may also be a Extramammary (outside the breast) pain which feels like it starts in the breast tissue, but its source is actually somewhere else. Pulling a muscle in your chest, for example, can cause pain in your chest wall or
rib cage that spreads (radiates) to your breast.
and it needs thorough medical check up and investigations to spot a confirm diagnosis
You may be able to relieve breast pain by using Over the counter medicines
such as
Acetaminophen,Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as
ibuprofen If breast pain becomes severe or lasts longer than 3 weeks i would strongly suggest you to see your GP to rule out any underlying medical condition
I hope it help
