What Causes Soreness And Pain In The Stomach?

I m getting pain that starts in middle of my stomach then all along lower stomach so bad feels like I m in labor it started 3 days ago and pain getting more persisting when I push on my stomach its sore on right side but I haven t moved my bowels in days think that s it pain so bad woke me up all last night

Hello,

The pain you describe can be from the stomach but also bowel can cause pain in that area due to constipation.
You can take some lactulose syrup 1-2 tablespoon a day to help with the bowel movement and also Omeprazole 20 mg 1-2 a day to help with the stomach.

If no improvement with these you will need to see your doctor for a good examination and determination of the diagnosis. Sometimes gallbladder problems (most commonly stones) might cause pain in the right side as well.
