What Causes Soreness And Painful Bump With Clear Fluid Discharge From Chin?

When I woke up this morning my chin was real sore. Well as the day went on in the same spot my chin was sore now has a big bump like a pimple but bigger and no white head and it has clear fluids draining from it.It is very painful and no matter how much fluid I drain it continues to fill back up. What is this and how can I get rid of it.

Pimples vary in size and presentation. Mostly teenagers get affected by this. It commonly present over the face and neck. May present in back. Wash ur face and neck more often with cold water, and mild sops. You may require some topical antibiotics creams and rarely oral medication
