What Causes Soreness And Pressure Feeling On The Left Side Of Chest?
I have had soreness, pressure feeling on the left side of my chest occassionally for the last 2 weeks. It only seems to occur in the evening. It is kinda scaring me and my doctor is away until June 18th. I have seen a heart doctor 3 years ago and had an angio then. Was told that my heart only works at 60%, as it was attacked by a virus in my life. Not sure when this had happened. I am a type 2 diabetic and my sugars are well controlled thru my meds and exercise. Also I am on heart meds and high blood pressure meds as well. I am thinking of calling the heart doctor at CERA here tomorrow morning to see if I can been seen. Can this be a warning sign?
Yes, you must undergo ECG echo-graphy and blood tests. However, do not panic; relax. I have seen hundreds going well after proper treatment. Change some daily activities, food habits, listen to good music, stay in healthy family atmosphere. You must join online art of living breathing exercise / meditation programme, I have seen recovery fastened with it.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
