What Causes Soreness And Stiffness In The Fingers?
Knuckles and fingers in both hands are sore and stiff - cannot make a fist anymore - brother has it (i am 74 he is 76) my Dad had it starting in his seventies also (passed at 95), sometimes quite painful -- some knuckles are swollen (not red) -- This condition has been slowly coming on for a couple of years!??

Dear it could be Arthritis.It is a condition which can be overcome by doing regular exercise,loosing some weight and eating low cholestrol diet.Taking tab.Naproxen as per need may also help.And getting Physiotherapy from a professional will surely help.
