What Causes Soreness And Stiffness In The Legs?

I was on statins for over twenty years. My LDL & HDL were normal but my tri s were high. I ask about being taken off but was told they were OK. A couple of years I started to have problems with legs, muscle aches dizziness memory loss, not able to walk for very long just name a few. I stopped taken statins the end of Nov by the end of Dec I hurt so bad I sometime thought being dead would make me feel better. It is now Juy, most of the soreness is gone but me legs are still stiff, still have some pain, memory loss and problems getting up and down. I go to the gem 3 to 5 times per week will it get any better
