What Causes Soreness And Swelling In The Genitals?
I am 69 almost 70.....am uncircumsized....and have always had to use hypoallergenic soap...such as phisoderm then phisohex.... and now can only get anti-soaps....but for about a month the foreskin has been swollen and crackig. and sore.....can barely pull it back because of the pain to wash......have tried neosporin....and even went today somebody said to use monistat..... boy did that ever burn. Will I ever return to normal? just thought about cancer.....but dont want to be circumsized at this age....have never had a problem like this. am single at this juncture in my life and have not had a sexual partner for over 2 years.... what do you think?

I think you should get checked by an urologist or you can attach a photo for me to see the lesion. Probably you are having a candida or yeast infection.
Taking antifungal creams such Monistat or Cotrimoxazole can help you relieve symptoms and redness.
