What Causes Soreness And Swelling In The Neck Gland Upon Sneezing?

When I sneeze it feels sore like a swollen gland in the back right side of my throat. Also some weird history about 3 years ago all the bottom right teeth have shifted with the molars at a 45 degree angle and gaps between the teeth. Dentists and oral surgeons stumped. Now when I sneeze i get a strong sore throat feeling like in the right side tonsil area or possible lymph gland. Should I be concerned for oral cancer?
