What Causes Soreness Around Anus, Light-headed Feeling And Nausea?

I had anal sex 2 nights ago (friday) it is now sunday. I fely okay. The next day i was sore around my anus when my muscles contracted during urination (im a female). That night I thought i had to use the bathroom (i used it that morning and it only felt like there was a cut and some soreness) and what i thought was going to be poop was actually mucus with slight blood (stringy) my anus was sore and i took ibuprofen. The next morning i again farted out mucus in my panties as soon as i woke up (no blood) took probiotic (i do every morning) and passed a BM shortly after. It was small and dark at first with mucus wrapped at the end then as i went more it was lighter brown. It stung whatever it is that feels like a cut. I suddenly got nauseous and began to sweat a good amount and felt light headed. I stayed on the toilet and relaxed and let out a little more BM. I have went again today with less mucus but soreness. Have been takong ibuprofen to help the pain. Is this normal? (Ps protection was used, was kind of dry only sex partner the past 5 years)
