What Causes Soreness Around The Labia And Vaginal Opening?

Hi, I am experiencing soreness around the Labia and opening of the vagina as well as itchiness. While I have not had sex recently, I have engaged in other sexual activities. I m not sure the cause of this and am starting to become worried. There is also a strange odor.

Soreness and Itching inside vagina on the opening on labis is due to vaginitis. It is not related to intercourse. When unpleasant odour is there protozoale infection is present. It is just an infection nothing to worry. Better get yourself invastigated. Investgation is discharge if any or by swab can be tested for causative pathogens and final diagnosis can be made.
