What Causes Soreness At The Base Of Penis Post Aggressive Sex?

Hi, roughly two weeks ago I have fairly rough sex for 2 days with a female and after the second day, I noticed a soreness in my pelvic area at the base of my penis extending outward a bit. The pain does not seem to be in my lymph nodes; yet it is still sore even now, two weeks later. I have always had minor issues with prostititus. Do you think I injured myself, it was very aggressive sex?

I really appreciate your concern, the most possible cause of pain would be muscular spasm and it must have happened due to wrong posture during coitus it may not seems to be due to prostrate related, hope this information helps.
