What Causes Soreness Between Wrist And Elbow?

I broke my arm when I was 7. I am now 31. Fractured radius. In the last month between my wrist and elbow on the top of my forarm, has been sore. Now there is a small 3/4 x1/2 red lump that is painful. I don t remember hurting it or anything but the pain is getting worse. Any clues?

I really appreciate your concern, it is better to get done the imaging study, such swelling could be bony lesion and it may be due to some malunion formation of old fracture, it is very rare condition but can not be neglected, hope this may helps, take care and have a nice day.
