What Causes Soreness In Groin Area After Treating A Acetabular Labral Tear?

in september i had a acetabular labral tear in my hip repaired after a fall at work in febuary 14 now i have returned to work only at 4 hours i cant walk for to long without getting very sore in groin/ op site , i feel as though my groin is clicking /snapping out of place and pain gets unbearable at the worst i cant walk on it and need aid my surgery was a arthroscopic laberal repair, osteoplsty and capsule closure on right hip do these symptoms im getting going to go away or is it a permanent damage.please help kerry
