What Causes Soreness In Hips And Clicking With A History Of Clicky Hip Syndrome?

i was born with 'clicky hip syndrome' in both hips, also i am aware that you are born with 5 different types of collagen-i was only born with four-i think im missing type 2 or 5..cant be certain.i worn a fibre glass cast for 18 months etc and i am now 21 years old.for the past couple of years on and off my hip would be clicky or get stuck-almost sieze for awhile.recently my hips have been extreamly sore-is this something to be concerned about.if so-what should i do?
