What Causes Soreness In Lower Back When HPT Is Negative?

I don t know if I am pregnant. I have hashimotos and am hypothyroid. I got my thyroid removed July 22nd and my last period was August 10th. I had sex with condoms and he also pulled out. It is now day 41 without my period. Only real symptoms I have are sore lower back and a little gassy. Ive taken a pregnancy test and it was negative

I really appreciate your concern, it is not the pregnancy but could be due to hormone changes some time it could be due to hyperacidity and it can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
