What Causes Soreness In Shoulders And Back Along With Cracking In Bones?

Why do I have soreness in my shoulders and back and cracking in my bones ? I m guessing that this is the result of a recent strain from lifting heavy objects even though it has been a month since that occurred. The soreness started with a stiff neck and has slowly improved but remains very aggravating.

hello and Welcome to healthcare magic forum!

You might be having cervical spondylitis, which is a mild inflammation of the cervical region, wherein the vertebrae of the neck are strained and the space between them reduces resulting in inflammation of the neck region giving you pain and crackling sensation in the neck, sometimes this condition can be the cause of the longstanding pains in the neck and back

I suggest you to undergo an X -ray which may reveal any reduced joint spaces which is diagnostic.

Yoga and physiotherapy can relieve the condition kindly visit your orthopedic for treatment.

Wishing you good health!
