What Causes Soreness In The Crease Near The Vagina?
I have a sore place between the folds of where my leg connects to upper thigh....close to the vaginal area (yes I am overweight probably 10 pounds) been soaking in epsom salts, using some antibiotic ointment, Any other suggestions? (besides losing that weight, plan to do that)!! thank you!

Soreness within the crease in obese is mostly due to sweat/sebum collection. It may further aggravate into a fungal infection. I would advise you to keep the area dry more often and of course lose weight.
