What Causes Soreness In The Forearms And Palms?

I am experiencing some strange sensations (like a soreness) in both of my forearms and palms of my hands. It feels good to massage the areas. It comes and goes. Some days I have it only in the morning. Days like today, I still have it in the afternoon.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to mialgia which is an inflammation of the muscles.
I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as magnesium supplement.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
