Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi Dr, about a week ago I came home from a workout and my right (your left) testicle was sore. Has persisted since then but goes away. The pain starts right next the penis and extends toward the hip slightly. I have had kidney stones, but this has me worried. I have found no lumps on my testicles but I do feel some inflammation in the tubing going out of the testicle.
Hello dear Understand your concern. Soreness in testis is looking like due to epididmytis or kidney stones or UTI. Stone pain may be refereed to the testis. Consult the surgeon and get the proper investigation done, Urine: Routine and microscopic and culture, CBC, ESR, PSA, Glucose, USG of scrotum and abdomen. Doctor may provide following advice: Drink plenty of water, take fruits like papaya, orange and cranberry, Tablet ibupufen, Tablet Cefexime , Avoid heavy weight lifting excercise, Wear supporting device that support the scrotum, Wear loose under garments. Hope this may help you Best regards dr. Sagar
