General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your complaint is suggestive of strep infection. What is her age? Is she vaccinated properly? Is she complaints of sore throat? Any white coating in the tongue? I would have gone for antibiotics such as amoxycillin+clavulanic acid.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hazan
