I am sore in my throat (only Esophagus) after starting an attemt to strangle myself with hand wraps before changing my mind (yesterday). Do you think I actually hurted myself and should I see a doctor about the sore throat or will it go over by itself? Or is it just side effects over the shock that still linger in my mind over my impulsive actions? I do not fancy telling anyone even if I do consult psychologist if it is not needed.
