What Causes Soreness On The Left Hand While Suffering From Heart Blockage?
My dad is 70 years old. Has heart disease and was recently told hea has 70% blockage in his carotid artery . Today he woke up with the back side of his left hand extremely sore. It hurts if he tries to move it and he flinched when I barely touched it. Should I be concerned .?

With a past history of 70% blockage of the carotid artery, soreness on a part of the body should not be taken lightly.With such a past history, he is at risk of stroke which may have such a manifestation.I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and a brain scan as soon as possible.
