What Causes Soreness On The Left Side Of The Nose?

I have this sore on the left side of the inside of my nose for 7 yrs and I can get rid of it. I hv gone to the Dr but none of their treatment worked. I was told it is staphylococcus. Is this the same as Canndida. And any advise on how to cure this please. Ms V

As per your history is concerned your symptoms is due to infection only so do a full blood count with differential .Take any multivitamin daily .Thanks
