What Causes Soreness On The Scalp, Behind Right Ear And A Blister On The Lip?
Hi, I have the following symptoms and not sure if I need to have it checked out or just let it go away. Top of head is sore, Feels like I hit my head but I know i didn t,behind my right ear is sore, like earache pain,no sinus pressure, sore to swallow, and instantly got a blister on my lip. This could be all related to stress
The soreness behind ear, blister on lip indicates viral infection of upper respiratory tract most likely. This would be a stress manifestation if the same is case of herpes. I would recommend to consult your primary care before it flare up and spread to different regions of the face. Till that time, drink more liquids and use ibuprofen with paracetamol as primary pain concern.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
