Hi..
Thanks for the query..
Your tongue is appearing inflamed and due to inflammation there is bleeding from tongue as an inflamed tissue has abundance of premature blood vessels that bleeds on slightest stimulation only..
It can be a side effect of medication that you are taking, can be secondary to
dry mouth or can be due to vitamin B 12 deficiency..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical examination and investigation like blood tests can be done to confirm the cause..
For now you can take anti inflammatory painkillers like
Ibuprofen to reduce inflammation after consulting a local physicians..
You can do cool compresses over the tongue or hold
cold water in mouth so that the inflammation gets reduced as well as bleeding will stop.
Apply
Lidocaine gel over the tongue to reduce soreness..
Start taking Vitamin B complex supplements..
Also consult your Physician and discuss about the symptoms so that if there is any need of dose titration then it can be done..
Hope this helps..
Regards.
