What Causes Soreness Under The Left Breast And Shoulder Pain?
I have very large (mamagram was fine) breast. Right under my left breast where my bra sits is soar. My shoulder also hurts where my bra strap sits. Could the pain under my breast be soar from an under wire bra. There is no lump just soar like a pulled muscle?

I think you should also get done an ECG or ecocardiograme. Also do a x-ray of the chest because costochondritis is possible. Take antiinflammatory drugs such acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain and inflammation is advisable.
