What Causes Soreness Under The Left Breast While Suffering From Atrial Fibrillation?

I was diagnosed in July with heart afib. I am on pradaxa and metaphor. Tonight in took both of those pills + I took a tramidol pain pill. I now have a biofuel 151/83 and pulse rate was up 91. When do I need to seek medical attention. I have no fluttering sensation but my chest feels like it is sore under left breast. Otherwise no pain.

Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hi,

It is fine unless soreness, pain and change in color occurs; then kindly visit the hospital. In case of redness all over the body, swelling and breathlessness occurs, which may happen sometimes due to anaphylaxis of drugs, please visit the hospital.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anusha Molugu, Anesthesiologist
