What Causes Sores In Mouth And Cuts On Inside Of Upper Lips?

During foreplay I often suck on my lover's nipples. He really likes this, so sometimes I'll be doing it for about ten minutes straight. Often my mouth will be sore afterward and the next day I'll have little open sores/cuts on the inside of my upper lips that are painful and sting when I eat or brush my teeth. All this time I've been thinking it was just the pressure of my teeth against the inside of my lips for a prolonged period of time that was causing the sores....but I thought I should look into it just in case. My boyfriend's nipples have a very strong onion/sweat taste while I'm sucking on them – is there any chance that something acidic is coming out of them, and causing the sores in my mouth? Or could this be some sort of STD? Thank you, I really appreciate your help :-)

Usually sores in mouth on tongue, upper lips and surrounding are occur due to a vitamin b12 deficiency. The male nipple doesnot release anything how much so ever you may suck. Its sweat that you taste. It should mostly have tasted salty. Why it tastes sour or acidic is because of the sores that are there and vigourous sucking just uncovers those sores and cracks and troubles you the next day. I advice you to take multivitamin supplements and a diet rich in green leafy vegetables and less so in animal proteins coz these proteins decrease vitamin b12 absorption. Consult your GP before starting your supplements. And for your information, STDs donot spread by sucking male nipple, but can spread through secretions and breast milk from female nipple.
