What Causes Sores In The Groin Area?
I have very small and mild pimple like sores on my scrotum and penis and they do NOT hurt It does NOT hurt when urinating or have any other discomfort apart frm mild burning sensation in my groin. I was recently in a hot and humid country sweating alot and i masturbated often. How can i treat this?

Small mild pimples on penis and scrotum do not need a special treatment as you have returned from humid area.
Just keep the area clean with water and keep dry. Most of the times it heals on its own.
Watch for any increase in size or pain.
You may apply liquid povidone iodine locally
