What Causes Sores On Inner Labia After Having Sex?
I shaved my vagina and over the course of two days lots of intercourse (3 plus hours) and followed by a UTI which I treated with over the counter medication and had sex again. Now I have sores on the one side of my inner labia. They are not clumped and are not secreting anything, although I believe I smell slightly yeasty. I do not feel ill, just concerned about what these sores could be from.

The symptoms what you have put forth is mainly because of friction induced inflammation.
You need to give enough rest for it to heal and then resume activity.
In the meantime, keep the area clean and healthy. Use moisturizer cream or lotion for maintaining smoothness.
