What Causes Sores On Lips, Tongue And Throat?

I felt some muscle pain from the left portion of my chest up to my back. The pain is more intense when I cough or sneeze. Sorenson my mouth had multiply. It started from the sides of my lips but now there are more on my tongue and even felt it on my throat. I could hardly eat. I had tried mouthwash that claim to treat sores that we can be bought from any grocer but it does t . I wonder what s going on with my body.

The soreness in the mouth lip tongue and throat can be aphthous ulcer or herpetic ulcer. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can use topical anesthetic like lignocaine and topical analgesic like choline salicylate. Do saline gargling.
