You have given antibiotic and bronchodilator ....Along with mucolytic drug like ambroxol.... So you are given correct treatment... Codein syrup not taken as mucolytic and cough suppressant not given together. If still dyspnea more you can given nebulization by levosalbutamol and budesonide.... Spirometry done to rule out asthma... Spirometry also able to decide severity of disease and accordingly treated. Salt water gargles done. Hot water taken. Avoid smoking and pollution less. Consut pulmonologist with keeping this in mind. Turmeric powder in hot milk can be taken. Take care
