General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The spasm with constipation is more likely to be intestine colic with or without functional components. The biliary blockage is associated with green vomiting which is absent here.

I recommend undertaking a primary evaluation of an ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis for further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
