What Causes Spasms And Tight Sensation On The Buttocks?
Hi I am having some low back spasms my one butt cheek the muscle is tight. I do stretches twice a day. I went from xercising everyday to no exercise only because of my job this time of year. The pain isn t constant but at times it will feel like its gonna grab you and tighten up. It s in the buttock area in the middle. I was wondering if that would be the sciatica?

It could be scaitica. We have to rule out other conditions like peripheral vascular disease and neurological diseases also as they can also cause similar symptoms.
You can consult a physician and get an MRI scan and a doppler for further assessment. As of now, you can take analgesics like Tramadol for pain relief.
