Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about spasm of your hand.

According to your history and symptoms it can be the calcium or magnesium deficiency or the nerve compression like carpal tunnel syndrome.

You need to take calcium supplements for a two week course and if the condition improves there is nothing to worry.

In case the supplements will not work in a week or two you may need to visit a orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation.
This condition can be because of dehydration too. Keep yourself well hydrated with plenty of fluids.

Hope the answer to your. Wish you a good health ahead.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
