Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
For a few months now I have been having some spasm like feelings in my temple area; however, there was a few weeks where it went away and came back. I don t sleep well and have anxiety, so I feel it may be related. I am concerned and would to know what you think is going on?
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. By your history and description, possibility of migraine is more. You are having stressful life, disturbed sleep and both these can precipitate migraine. So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You will need anxiolytic drugs too. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid excessive sun exposure. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid fasting and take your meals timely. You may also need propranolol and flunarizine combination. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
