Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

A few probable causes of your symptoms are rheumatoid arthritis, reactive arthritis, electrolyte disturbances like calcium and magnesium, gouty arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and viral myalgias.

Recommendations are tab. Ibuprofen or tab. Aceclofenac can be taken to relive pains and stiffness. Serum RA factor test and CRP ESR are to be done. Treatment depends upon the cause of illness. You need to consult a rheumatologist for a specific diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
