General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There can be two possibilities based on your presentation.

It can be part of viral infection or can be musculoskeletal pain.

For that, you can be prescribed decongestant like levocetirizine and muscle relaxant drug-like chlorzoxazone.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
