What Causes Spasms Under The Breast And Dark Coloured Bowels With Foul Odour?

So I have been experiencing signs and symptoms of pregnancy but had my tubal ligation May of 2008.I am experiencing a non painful spasm under my right breast like involuntary flickers that come and go.I have been feeling super weak and just not myself.Having bouts of dysentery really foul smelling stool dark colored like greenish black or super dark brown.I bruise easily.I have bouts of insomnia when I should be sleeping due to my graveyard position.I am finding it very difficult to concentrate and been having memory malfunction.O recently had celluitis in my right leg from falling on a rock in a local creek given bactrim and it made me feel weird stopped taking it.I lack appetite I consume a lot of coffee. I also have noticed my weight and hormones fluctuate A LOT.I am 35 and just feel weird like I am losing it.Is this normal?

As per my clinical experience, the dark colored bowel with foul odor after history of intake of antibiotics do suggest likely pseudomembranous colitis issue. The spasm under breast is likely related to possible swelling of liver secondary to acute inflammation of colon or metabolic changes secondary to colon pathology.
