What Causes Spastic Dysphonia?

My friend has spastic dysphonia of the vocal chords and I m trying to find information about it to better understand what she is going through I am sorry to have taken up your time. I do not have details about her situation, I am just looking to do some research to better understand. Once again thank you for your time but I don t have extra money to learn about this.

Hello,

The voice is generated by the movement of air through vocal cord which having muscular to control the vocal cord movements and activity. One group of muscle can become spastic means tight which occurs due to upper motor neuron lesion which supplies those muscle.
