okay, I am a 59 year old woman, I am noticing some speech difficulties, gaining a lot of weight, my left arm will sometimes give me problems with a limited range of motion, depression I guess that s it for now. Last year the soles of my feet would hurt a burning sensation

Hi,

It's better to consult a specialist immediately if you have difficulty in speaking and decreased motion of the left arm so that they can diagnose and start treatment.

These are most probably the signs of a stroke if so it's better to consult immediately or else the physician can diagnose and point out the condition and give you better treatment.
