okay as I have understood your question
there was a transient loss of speech and now she is okay

basically what happens when you fall on your head is there is an impact that can damage the internal brain structures and if loss of speech is because of that than it does not recover by itself and it takes long to come back
but if it was for some time I think it was shock like state for her and that’s why she was motion less and speech less which is now okay

what you can do to confirm -
best is to do a CT scan brain without contrast and you can rule out all the major abnormalities

but again as a doctor I don’t think there is any damage to the brain

I hope I answered the questions

lemme know if any more questions would be happy to help

best regards
