Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
sir when i urinate i find sperm clots(sperm) in my urine not all the time but once in week or twice in week..i m feeling weak and irritated..is it normal or needs medical attention...also plz tell me the who process..and for your information i may add ..i also musturbate once in month...and when i have night emissions then sperm doesnot come out for 8-10 days..after then i find it again in urine till next night emission
* The sperm discharge in urine is due to overflow where there is lack of masturbation frequency and hence sperms get way to come out of the seminal vesicles via urine itself.
* An alternate day masturbation will help to solve the issue nice way.
* Addition of multivitamins, minerals, zinc in the daily intake basket with plenty of liquids and regular exercises are the key components to the best approach in this case.
* Later on if there is problem, you may need an evaluation with prostate infection of some sort with your family doc.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
