What Causes Sperm Drops Coming After Urination?

I am 24 years old, unmarried guy. I have a problem that, after urination some sperm drops are coming out. I masturbate sometimes, not too much, 1 time in 1 week. now doing after sperm drops coming out after urination.My health is good. Weight:80, Height: 5 feet 10 inches. Please tell me what is the problem with me? and what is the solution? will it be effect on my coming married life? sorry i don t have money to pay your fee.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to retrograde ejaculation. Are you taking any drugs. ? Retrograde ejaculation is harmless. It can come due to weakness of muscle which is closing the bladder also. Vitamin B 12 deficiency can cause this also. Taking vitamin B 12 supplements will be helpful. If no improvement then consult an urologist for detailed examination.
