when i was about 16 years old i started to masturbate daily 3 or 4 times.now i am facing the problem of sperm leackage if i talk to girl any type of talk or if i watch song girls in bikini the sperm starts leaking kindly tell me how to stop it i also do bodybuilding and consume some suppliments

What you are complaining of is not sperm leakage. It is a normal phenomenon as when one gets little excited, even with or without erections, there are some thick secretions which come out, resembling semen. In fact they are secretions from prostate gland and uretheral regions.
Hence don't be worried about it.
